The Aerothermochemistry and Combustion Systems Laboratory (LAV) at ETH is engaged in research and teaching on the fundamentals of chemical-reactive systems and their implementation (principally via internal combustion engines – ICE) in automotive, heavy duty, marine and power applications. The Laboratory is part of the Institute of Energy Technology, which belongs to the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering.
